Andy Roo's Cajun Blackened Seasoning - Prepare meat of your choice in advance (steaks, chicken, fish, or shrimp) by liberally covering with ANDY ROO'S CAJUN BLACKENED SEASONING. Rub spices into meat thoroughly. On stove at high heat, place your heavy bottomed skillet (iron skillet preferably, and use your vent!) when skillet is very hot, put in meat - watch closely as meat is seared, turn after 2 minutes. Cook on second side for 2 minutes. That's it!
Andy Roo's Louisiana BBQ Shrimp Seasoning - In a large skillet melt 1/2 cup of butter on medium heat. When butter is completely melted, add 3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce. Place 1 lb. of large, unpeeled (head on) shrimp. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. ANDY ROO'S. Cook shrimp 3-5 minutes, turn & add 1 tbsp. ANDY ROO'S. Cook until shrimp are done. Serve hot with French bread. (1 lb. of shrimp serves 3 people.) Contents good for 6 to 8 lbs. of shrimp.
