Preparation Instructions
1. Cut serving size portions and precook 1-2 pounds of meat such as port, chicken, sausage or wild game.  Seafood need not be precooked.
2. Drain well and place in 2 quart saucepan.  Combine with 6 cups of water or lightly seasoned stock and Oak Grove Creole Gumbo Mix.  
3.  Cover, and when mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
